Appointments
Accepting new patients ages 1-21!
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday- Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
We try our best to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments. We have found that children with extensive dental work or preschool children are better to be seen early in the morning when they are fresher and can have a more positive experience. Some appointments may require the child to miss some school; however, these are considered excused absences. With continued care, appointments during school can be kept to a minimum.
Any appointment made at Krause Pediatric & Orthodontic Dental Care is an agreement between you, the patient and our office.
We request 48-hours notice if you need to cancel your preventive care appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we ask for your help as a courtesy to all of our patients. Continued broken confirmed preventive care appointments may result in an additional charge.
If you must reschedule or cancel your operative appointment please extend us the courtesy of a 3 business day notice. The prompt notification allows us to give your time to another patient who may be waiting for that appointment time. If you do not notify us within 72 hours, your account will be charged $50. Emergencies and unforseen circumstances are an exception and will be determined only on an individual basis.
