Our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars about pediatric and general dentistry, as well as CPR.

Catrecia Thume-Front Office Coordinator
Catrecia joins us with five years experience in medical billing, insurances, coding, medical records, and is certified in customer service. Customer service is one of her favorite joys. Catrecia makes sure that patients and their families have an enjoyable experience every time they call or visit our office. Catrecia is married and has two sons; her oldest is serving in the Army in Afghanistan and her youngest also wants to join the Coast Guard. She enjoys spending time with her family and making every minute count as if it were the last.
Christie Wingate, RDH, BS
Christie was born and raised in Dorchester County, Maryland. She graduated from Villa Julie College in 1998 with an associate’s degree and in 2000 received a degree in Dental Hygiene from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Christie has been with the practice since 2004 and has worked in pediatric dentistry for 7 years. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association and is very active in the Eastern Shore Dental Hygienists Association. Christie now lives in Salisbury with her husband of 6 years and enjoys reading, traveling and baking.
Rhoda Salem- Dental Assistant
Rhoda has a dental degree from the Dominican Republic and a few years of post graduate experience. She is excited to be working as a dental assistant while she waits to gain licensure in the United States. She is married with two children, Laith and Bayan.
Melissa Morrissey- Dental Assistant
Melissa is the newest addition to our office staff. She was raised in Mt. Kisco of Westchester County, New York. She graduated from Salisbury University in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in education. She loves reading, running, and working with the kids in our office.
