February is National Children’s Dental Health Month
We have been paying visits to area daycares and schools and hosting classroom visits to our office. Sponsored by the American Dental Association, NCDHM was created 60 years ago to raise awareness on the importance of good oral health in children. Our hygienist, Ms. Christie and/or Dr. Mark provide brushing instructions and other fun, interactive oral health activities for the students. Children’s oral health is our top priority. It is our belief that most dental disease can be prevented and young children will have fewer dental health problems when they begin seeing a dentist and taking proper care of their teeth at a young age.
